Zernegroup.com is the corporate website of Zerne and publishes information about the Group, its subsidiaries, and the Zerne Travels visa-readiness content. The site is provided for general information only.

The Zerne Travels blog, guides, and Visa Readiness Scorecard are guidance only. They reflect how visa officers generally read applications and the patterns that commonly affect Nigerian applicants. They are not legal advice, are not a substitute for advice from a qualified immigration practitioner, and do notguarantee that any visa application will be approved. Visa decisions are made by the receiving country's officers on the facts of each application. Zerne is not an immigration agent, does not offer agent services, and does not accept payment in exchange for a visa outcome.

Where the Scorecard routes you to Zerne Capital because money is your gap, any credit product is offered by Zerne Capital under its own terms and underwriting — separate from the guidance on this site.

Intellectual property

The site content — text, logos, design, and the Zerne Travels articles — is owned by Zerne or its licensors. You may read and share links to it. You may not reproduce, republish, or resell the content without written permission, except for short quotations with attribution.

Links to third-party sites

The site links to Zerne subsidiary sites (capital.zernegroup.com, tech.zernegroup.com, properties.zernegroup.com) and to our payment partner Selar. • Scrape, mirror, or bulk-copy the content — the Scorecard submit endpoint is rate-limited and abuse will be blocked;
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerne is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, including any decision made on the basis of Zerne Travels guidance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
